- Association Members, their families & guests, in small groups or individually, may use the Pavilion for all normal recreational purposes1 without charge, and are encouraged to do so.
- Members wishing to host larger events with exclusive use of the space2 for
a period of time will be required to submit a reservation fee of $100. Notice of the event will be posted on the announcement board inside the Pavilion.
- When food and/or decorations are a part of a reserved event, an additional refundable security deposit of $100 must be paid.
- All reserved events require participation or sponsorship by an Association lot owner in good standing. Exceptions may be made to Beaver Island non-profit organizations with a public service component to their charter, by vote of the Association Board.

PSJA is a volunteer organization, we have no full time employees and the Pavilion is unlocked. For most uses it is free and when there is a special event we charge a minimal fee. Please inspect the Pavilion the morning of your event to ensure there is sufficient paper products in the rest rooms and facilities that meet appropriate cleanliness standards.
The Pavilion is not intended for extremely large gatherings. There is only parking on the top of the hill for 4 cars and at most 10 down below. These spots may be in use by beachgoers.
